As we mentioned in a previous post, we will have Sen. Chris Lauzen speaking in the first hour of our Tea Party. He will be followed by Bob McQuillan - co-founder FACTS Group (For Accountable Controlled Tax Spending).
Our second hour will feature Rep. Tim Schmitz. We will post additional speakers as they are confirmed.

Tea Party - Geneva style
Our Taxpayer's Tea Party is set for April 15, 2009 from 4 to 6 pm at the Kane County Government Plaza. The building is located at 719 S. Batavia Ave. in Geneva. We are circulating petitions for people to sign. They urge our Senators and Representatives to promote legislation which encourages economic responsibility at the personal, local, state and federal levels.
We have confirmed that State Senator Chris Lauzen will speak at the Geneva Rally at approximately 4:10. Get there early so you can hear all he has to say.
Keep checking back on the blog. We are finalizing plans for our Batavia Tea Party, which will take place on May 15, 2009 from 1 to 2 pm. The location for the Batavia Rally is 27 North River Street at the offices of Rep. Bill Foster.
It essential to let your Representatives know when you disagree with their actions. It is equally important to let them know when they are doing what is right. Check out the links to Senator Lauzen's and Representative Schmitz's websites. Take a moment to let them know how you feel!
